Before you start

Keep My Media, My Posts, and Website allowances separate when planning your work.

Step by step

1. Open Plan & billing and find Your creation allowance. Each row shows its own remaining allowance and used count.

2. Check My Media for generated images, media videos, and 3D models. Check My Posts for image posts and post videos.

3. Check Website for page capacity or new pages, and text refinements. Basic’s one-page capacity does not reset into another page.

4. On a paid plan, check the reset date shown in your account. Allowances renew on your billing anniversary, rather than the first day of each calendar month.

5. If you reach a limit, use existing files and creations, wait for the shown reset, or review a plan with a larger allowance.

What happens next

You can see which allowance is running low and make a practical next choice.

Helpful tips

• Uploads and ordinary edits do not use creation allowances. Generating a new result does.

• The trial gives you one image post OR one post video in total. Creating one uses that shared trial allowance.

• Switching between paid plans does not refill the usage already consumed in the cycle.
