Do I need a card for the Free Trial?

No. You can explore Waltz for one day without a card. The trial includes one webpage to edit and preview, two AI images, one media video, one image post OR one post video total, and five website AI prompts.

Does Unlimited mean there are no creation limits?

Unlimited includes monthly caps: five new webpages, 50 AI images, 10 media videos, five 3D models, 50 image posts, and 30 post videos. Website AI prompts are unlimited, subject to fair use.

What is the difference between saving and publishing?

Saving keeps your working draft. Publishing makes the selected page’s reviewed version available to visitors. A saved draft can differ from the published page.

How do I receive inquiries from my website?

Create a form in Leads → My Forms and place it with Add → Form in the website editor. Publish the page, send a test inquiry, and check its details in Leads.

Why can’t customers find an appointment time?

Check that the option is active, hours are saved, and the time zone is correct. Review days off, minimum notice, booking horizon, time between appointments, and occupied slots.

What is the difference between My Media and My Posts?

My Media holds reusable files. My Posts combines a message, format, optional images, and your brand into a finished design or video for sharing. Their creation allowances are separate.
