When a save, creation, or action is unavailable

Find the next useful step while keeping your work safe.

Where to go

The notice beside the affected action

Before you start

Read the message before repeating the action; it usually identifies the reason.

Step by step

  1. If an action asks for a plan, review whether your trial ended or the feature needs a paid plan. 3D models require Unlimited.

  2. If the message says you reached an allowance, check that specific row and the reset date in Plan & billing. Media and posts do not share every allowance.

  3. If editing is temporarily unavailable while the website is generating or publishing, wait for the job to finish or use its recovery action. You can continue exploring other areas.

  4. If saving fails, keep the screen open. Use Retry or Save again and wait for a saved confirmation before leaving. Do not publish just to try to save a draft.

  5. If an upload fails, check the supported file type and size for that particular control. My Media and direct editor uploads have different limits.

  6. If no appointment times appear, check the option is active, available hours are saved, the time zone is correct, and the booking notice, future window, and special dates allow a slot.

What happens next

You have checked the likely cause and know which action can safely move the task forward.

Helpful tips

  • If a problem persists, note the screen, the action you tried, and the exact message. A screenshot helps explain what happened.

  • Email info@waltzmarketing.com or call 888-750-4240. Include the screen, action, and exact message when asking for help. Never include your password or full payment-card details.
