Choose the updates you receive

Control which workspace updates you want and where you want them.

Before you start

In Waltz and Email are independent preferences.

Step by step

  1. Review the event groups: leads, appointments, creations, website attention, and optional news or tips.

  2. Use the In Waltz switch for updates inside the workspace. Use Email for the corresponding account-email preference.

  3. Check the saved confirmation after changing a switch. There is no separate Save button for these preferences.

  4. Review Where your emails go. Use Manage email if you need to change the sign-in address.

  5. If a preference cannot save, keep the previous saved choice in mind and use the shown retry action.

What happens next

Your saved notification preferences reflect the channels you selected.

Helpful tips

  • Essential security, receipt, and billing messages are separate from optional notification preferences.

  • These are owner preferences. Do not assume they configure customer appointment reminders.
