Before you start

Use a domain you already own, such as yourbusiness.com. Connecting an address and publishing a page are separate steps.

Step by step

1. Choose Manage domain and enter the domain name. Use the domain itself, without a page path such as /services.

2. Review the connection instructions shown for your account. Keep the domain-provider settings available so you can compare them.

3. Sign in to your domain provider and enter the connection values shown in Waltz. Copy them carefully; the settings shown for your account are the ones to use.

4. Return to Waltz and choose Verify domain. If it is still pending, recheck the entered values and allow time for your provider’s changes to take effect.

5. Review and publish your website page separately. A connected address alone does not publish the website.

What happens next

Your domain shows a connected status. Publish your page to make your website available at that address.

Helpful tips

• Your Waltz address is shown in the Domain card. A custom domain gives the site your own business address.

• If the domain entry is rejected, remove the page path and check the spelling.
